In response to the State of Emergency and the Shelter in Place Advisory, Early Intervention began offering telehealth (also referred to as tele-intervention) services in Massachusetts.

Early Intervention (EI) Telehealth Family Survey – 6 Month Follow Up

The Early Intervention Parent Leadership Project (EIPLP) and the Department of Public Health (DPH) want to hear about your telehealth experience. This is a 6-month follow-up survey to the one that was sent in April. Please take a few minutes to complete our survey in your preferred language. If you do not have access to the internet, a device or need other language translations, please call (617) 645-1763 from 12pm to 8pm on Mondays or Wednesdays.

This survey will close November 15, 2020.
